Clivo Ventures Private Limited ("SolvTree") provides custom technology services, AI tools, and subscription-based automation services. This policy explains when and how refunds are processed and how cancellation works.

1. Subscription Services — Refund Window

If you cancel a paid subscription service within 7 days of the billing date, you are eligible for a full refund of that billing cycle's charge. Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days via Razorpay.

After 7 days from the billing date, no refunds will be issued for the current billing cycle. We do not offer partial or pro-rated refunds after the 7-day window.

2. Annual Subscriptions

If you are on an annual subscription and cancel within 7 days of the annual billing date, the full annual amount is refunded. After 7 days, no refund applies for the current annual period.

3. Project-Based Services

For custom development and consulting projects:

  • Before work begins: If you cancel before any work has been delivered, any advance payment will be refunded in full within 5–7 business days.
  • After milestone delivery: Payments for completed and delivered milestones are non-refundable. Refunds for incomplete milestones will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
  • Specific terms: Project-specific refund and cancellation terms, if different from this policy, will be outlined in the project proposal or statement of work.

4. Cancellation & Access

When you cancel a subscription, it remains active until the end of the paid period. You continue to have access to your service features until that date; there is no immediate cutoff. After the period ends, the service is discontinued unless you renew.

5. Free Consultations & Audits

No payment is taken for free consultations, audits, or discovery calls. Refunds do not apply to these.

6. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, contact us at hello@solvtree.com with your account email, billing date, and reason for cancellation. We will process eligible refunds in accordance with this policy.

7. Payment Provider

All payments and refunds are processed through Razorpay Software Private Limited. Refund timing may also depend on your bank or card issuer.
