These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the SolvTree platform and related services provided by Clivo Ventures Private Limited ("SolvTree", "we", "us"). By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use our services.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account, using our website or applications, or making a payment, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you are using the services on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you have authority to bind that organisation.
2. Description of Service
SolvTree provides custom backend systems, AI-powered tools, process automation, and related technology services for businesses. Services include but are not limited to: custom ERP development, AI dashboards, WhatsApp automation tools, daily reporting systems, and operational consulting. We may update the service from time to time; we will notify you of material changes where required.
3. Account Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information and notify us promptly of any unauthorised use.
4. Service Engagement & Billing
- Project-Based Services: Custom development and automation projects are billed as per the scope of work agreed upon in the project proposal or statement of work. Milestone-based payments may apply.
- Subscription Services: Where applicable, recurring services (such as maintenance, monitoring, or managed automation) are billed monthly or annually as agreed. Prices are exclusive of applicable taxes including GST; taxes will be added at checkout as per prevailing rates.
- Auto-renewal: Subscription services auto-renew unless you cancel before the renewal date. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; access continues until then.
Payments are processed by Razorpay. By paying, you also agree to Razorpay's terms and our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
5. Refunds
A full refund is available if you cancel a subscription service within 7 days of the billing date. For project-based services, refund terms are as specified in the project proposal. No refunds are issued after 7 days for the current billing cycle. See our Refund & Cancellation Policy for full details.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree to use our services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not misuse the platform, attempt to gain unauthorised access, or use it in any way that could harm SolvTree or other users.
7. Intellectual Property
SolvTree retains all rights in the platform, software, tools, and materials we provide, unless otherwise agreed in a project-specific agreement. You retain rights in your own data. You grant us a licence to use your data as necessary to provide and improve the service and as described in our Privacy Policy.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SolvTree shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
9. Termination
You may cancel your subscription or engagement at any time by contacting us. We may suspend or terminate your access for breach of these Terms or for other reasons with notice where practicable. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases; our data retention practices are described in our Privacy Policy.
10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Mumbai, Maharashtra.
