What operators ask before the first call.
Do you replace our existing ERP or work alongside it?
Both are possible, and alongside is more common. Most engagements keep your system of record where it is and add an action and intelligence layer around it, which is faster and lower-risk than a replacement. We build a full AI-native ERP when the existing system has no concept for the thing your margin depends on.
How long does a first deployment take?
The first working system is live in about 14 days. A full build runs two to four weeks depending on how many systems it touches. We ship one thing fast so you can judge the work before committing the full scope. Integrations with legacy or on-premise software are the usual reason a timeline extends.
Where is our data hosted?
In an environment you control. Automation runs on a self-hosted runtime rather than a shared platform, so there is no vendor lock-in and your data does not sit in a multi-tenant system you cannot audit. If you need data to remain in-region, raise it at the scoping call and the hosting arrangement goes into the written scope before anything is built.
Do you work with companies outside the UAE?
Yes. SolvTree is based in Mumbai and works across India and the UAE. The Dubai visit is for in-person scoping. Delivery and support run remotely either way, and most clients do not need us in the room after the mapping session.
What happens after go-live?
We host it and maintain it: fixing what breaks, adjusting what does not fit once real usage starts, and extending it as the operation changes. You get an admin login rather than a codebase to maintain, and no separate hire is needed to keep it running.
