Four ways we put AI to work inside your business.
Every engagement starts with a map of how your business actually runs. What we build depends on what we find. Most clients start with one of these and grow into the others.
Automation & integrations
Who it’s for: Teams whose day disappears into moving information between tools: re-typing bills, copying data into sheets, chasing approvals, rebuilding the same report every week.
What we build: Workflows that connect the tools you already use and handle the repetitive middle of your operation: data entry, reconciliation, document handling, approvals and scheduled reports. AI reads the documents and messages. Rules and checks handle the rest.
Example workflow
A supplier bill arrives by email. The system reads it and matches it to the purchase order. It flags any quantity or rate mismatch, then drafts the entry in your accounting system. Your accountant reviews only the flagged bills, and the clean ones post in a batch.
Connects to
Tally, Zoho, Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, email, WhatsApp Business API, and most tools with an API, subject to access.
Where a human stays in control
Anything that posts money, goes to a customer, or changes a master record. You decide where that line sits.
What affects scope, timing and cost
The number of workflows, how clean your source data is, whether your tools have APIs, and volume.
AI agents
Who it’s for: Businesses where calls, enquiries or internal questions outnumber the people available to answer them.
What we build:
- Voice agents for inbound and outbound calls in English, Hindi and other Indian languages
- Internal assistants that answer staff questions from your SOPs, documents and live data
- Task agents that research, draft and update records
Example workflow
A project manager asks the internal assistant what’s pending on a site. It pulls open items from the project tracker, the latest site report and unpaid vendor bills. It replies with a short summary and links to each source.
Connects to
Phone systems, your CRM or ERP, document stores, calendars and knowledge bases, subject to access.
Where a human stays in control
Escalation rules send anything outside scope to a person. Every call and conversation is logged and reviewable. Agents don’t commit to prices, refunds or exceptions unless you explicitly allow it.
What affects scope, timing and cost
Languages, the number of call flows or use cases, integrations, volume, and the size of the knowledge base.
Custom systems & ERP
Who it’s for: Businesses that have outgrown spreadsheets, or are bending generic software around how they actually work. That includes freight, contracting, travel, distribution, real estate and hospitality.
What we build: Anything from a single client portal or pricing engine to a full AI-native ERP. The ERP runs the whole chain, from enquiry to quote to job to invoice to collection, with an AI copilot your team talks to instead of clicking through forms. We host it and run it.
Example workflow
An enquiry arrives with drawings. The estimation engine calculates quantities and pricing from your rate cards, and the estimator reviews and adjusts. The approved quote becomes a job, and progress invoices are raised against milestones. Overdue collections surface every week.
Connects to
Accounting systems (Tally, Zoho Books, existing ERPs including SAP where access allows), email, WhatsApp and document storage.
Migration
This depends on scope. Often the new system runs alongside your current tools first, with a phased cutover.
Where a human stays in control
Quote approval, pricing overrides and invoice release, with role-based access throughout.
What affects scope, timing and cost
The number of modules, data migration, users and roles, integrations, and how the build is phased.
Estimation-to-cash tracking for a project contractor
Designed for an industrial subcontractor in the GCC: one system that follows each job from enquiry to collected cash, with a 13-week cash forecast and a red, amber or green cover status on every cheque.

Who it’s for: Businesses with products worth talking about but no bandwidth for consistent, on-brand content.
What we build: Content systems that turn your product information, brand voice and calendar into weekly drafts: posts, captions, product copy and email. Optionally, we add reporting that pulls ad and channel performance into one view.
Example workflow
Every Monday, the agent reviews the week’s products, offers and occasions. It drafts the week’s posts in your brand voice, with image briefs, and sends them for approval. Approved posts move to the schedule. Rejected ones come back revised with your notes applied.
Connects to
Meta and Instagram, Google Ads, your website or CMS, Google Drive and Canva, subject to access.
Where a human stays in control
Nothing publishes without approval, and you set the brand rules.
What affects scope, timing and cost
The number of brands and channels, volume, languages, and whether reporting is included.
